A highly acquisitive and early-stage PE-owned commercial and industrial services company is looking for a dynamic VP Finance to lead finance and accounting operations as they move into their next stage of growth. As a newly-created position, you’ll work in partnership with the CFO to build systems, integrate, and stand-up the finance and accounting functions of the newly acquired businesses.
The ideal candidate will be eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be excited to build and scale a business over the next several years. You’ll also be the type who are drawn to “scrappy” environments and will be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the essential business responsibilities done as they build out the team over time.
Please note this role will operate 3 days a week in office.
