A long-term client of Hoxton Circle’s is in search of a Staff Accountant to join their rapidly growing team. The role sits within the corporate services business of a large portfolio of companies owned by a private investment firm. They've grown a tremendous amount over the past 5 years and operate across a number of industries including Oil & Gas, Engineering, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.

As an add to headcount, a critical area of focus will be to support the preparation and maintenance of financial records for several of the firm’s portfolio companies. Overtime, you’ll have complete exposure to the entire organization as the entities you’ll oversee will rotate, supportive of professional growth and career development. Reporting into an impressive Accounting Manager, you’ll collaborate with other members of the finance team in a dynamic and highly resourced environment.

A Little Bit About You:

• 4-5+ years of related accounting experience (stability, along with experience in investment accounting for finance industry a plus)
• Highly motivated team player with strong attention to detail
• Experience with intercompany transactions and month-end balances across multiple entities is preferred
