Service Center Supervisor
A long-standing leader in the aerospace industry is seeking an experienced Employee Service Center Supervisor to join their internal service operations team. This company is known for its history of stability, innovation, and commitment to employee excellence.
In this role, you’ll lead a team that supports employees with payroll, expense reimbursements, and benefits coordination—ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of Service Center Representatives
Promote a positive, service-oriented team culture
Act as liaison with internal departments and third-party vendors
Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements
Support team development through coaching and feedback
Track and analyze service performance metrics and trends
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years in customer service, support, or communications roles
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Able to manage priorities and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience
Experience analyzing service data and running reports
Familiarity with continuous improvement practices
Salary: $70,000–$80,000
