We've partnered with a leading global SaaS business looking to add a strong Senior Accountant (Technical Accounting) to their growing team! For context, the business itself is well known for connecting brands and consumers alike through their well trusted software & tech; so this is opportunity to get on the ground floor of a company that stays true to their mission and strategy.

In this role you will focus on technical accounting matters for the business such as annual filings with the SEC on forms 10-Q and 10-K, SEC reporting to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, lease accounting (ASC 842), documentation and maintenance of SOX, and other ad hoc tasks on an as-needed basis. Requirements:

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Public Accounting experience
• Experience with 10-K, 10-Q, GAAP, SEC Reporting & SOX
• Okay with 3 days onsite (New Office!)

Bonus points:

• SaaS/Media experience
• CPA
• Global Public Company experience
