Senior Associate, Procurement Process Improvement
Location: Las Colinas, TX (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Salary $110-115k + bonus.
We are hiring a Senior Associate, Procurement Process Improvement to join a growing enterprise operations team. This is a newly created position focused on optimizing procurement processes across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement process improvement initiatives across the organization
Evaluate and improve internal controls related to vendor risk and compliance
Collaborate with procurement, finance, AP, and supply chain teams
Provide actionable insights using procurement and supply chain data
Engage with senior leadership to influence change and drive efficiency
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
Strong process improvement skills; Lean/Six Sigma mindset preferred
Experience working in high-volume environments (tech, logistics, data centers)
Familiarity with vendor management and internal controls
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
Consulting or Big 4 advisory experience is a plus
Familiarity with Coupa is a bonus, not required
