Responsibilities
- Performs periodic balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
- Assist in the monthly and year-end financial close process, including the preparation of journal entries and maintaining accurate supporting analysis and documentation.
- Prepare monthly and year-end balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Conducts variance and financial analysis.
- Plans and implements accounting work to new projects.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Helps in the required annual audits with internal and external auditors.
- Follows accounting processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced skills in Excel
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
