Our client, a global, publicly traded technology platform is looking for their next Senior Technical Accountant. The team is expanding and several additions to head count will support their continued growth both domestically and internationally.

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Accounting, you’ll assist with the maintenance and enforcement of accounting policies and SOX controls, research and documentation of technical accounting and SEC reporting, and the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants significant exposure and learning opportunities in a fast-paced digital organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with at least one year spent in public accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP And SEC regulations; exposure to NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with conducting technical accounting research and creating support documentation.
• Ability to think critically and execute as a problem solver; willingness to question processes.
• CPA (or equivalent) designation a plus!
