We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, change-oriented setting and contribute meaningfully to financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

  • Analyze monthly financial results vs. budget/forecast, identify key variances, and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and align financial planning with strategic goals.

  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of financial tools and systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to quarterly reporting packages for lenders.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across reporting systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with tools such as Sage, Power BI, or other FP&A/reporting platforms is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to support or lead system and process improvements within a finance function.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in financial analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth or PE-backed company is a plus.
