We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, change-oriented setting and contribute meaningfully to financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Analyze monthly financial results vs. budget/forecast, identify key variances, and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and align financial planning with strategic goals.
Assist with the implementation and optimization of financial tools and systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to quarterly reporting packages for lenders.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across reporting systems and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with tools such as Sage, Power BI, or other FP&A/reporting platforms is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to support or lead system and process improvements within a finance function.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
Prior experience in a high-growth or PE-backed company is a plus.
