As they expand their team, they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Coordinator to support both their financial operations and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and report preparation
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with regulations
Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and operational teams
Prepare internal documents, correspondence, and financial summaries
Coordinate office logistics, including vendor management and supplies
Contribute to an efficient and positive office environment
Candidate Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years’ experience in a finance or administrative role (experience in financial services is an asset)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively
