As they expand their team, they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Coordinator to support both their financial operations and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and report preparation

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with regulations

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and operational teams

  • Prepare internal documents, correspondence, and financial summaries

  • Coordinate office logistics, including vendor management and supplies

  • Contribute to an efficient and positive office environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1+ years’ experience in a finance or administrative role (experience in financial services is an asset)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively
