A growing PE-backed medical equipment company is in search of their next Controller to lead their accounting team. Working in close partnership with the CFO and Director of Finance you’ll develop and roll out financial strategies to support business objectives that align with company goals, while also overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, etc. You’ll also lead a small team with an emphasis on mentorship and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have prior Controllership experience or at a similar level, with experience from a PE-backed firm, ideally within the technology or healthcare space. You’ll also be the type who is motivated and excited by leading a team and believes in the importance of creating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Please note this role will operate 3 days a week in office (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
