The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the professional services industry, with a proven track record in process improvement and deep expertise in financial systems. This executive-level position will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and ensure the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-term strategic planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and streamlined reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making across the organization.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in financial planning & analysis, with a strong background in the professional services industry.

- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies within an organization.
