The Tax Manager will oversee complex tax engagements across high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporate entities. You will lead client relationships, guide a team of tax professionals, and provide strategic advisory support to a sophisticated client base.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and corporations, with a strong emphasis on high-net worth clients.
• Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Deliver proactive tax planning, structuring, and advisory services, particularly for clients with trust and estate.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers by providing technical guidance and ongoing training.
• Research complex tax matters and craft strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships.
• Partner with audit and advisory teams to deliver a seamless, comprehensive client experience.
• Stay current on tax code updates, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
  

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.
• Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements and build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency with tax research platforms and tax software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
