Now Hiring: Staff Accountant | Near North Bergen, NJ 

We’re partnering with a growing organization near North Bergen that’s expanding its finance team and looking for a driven Staff Accountant ready to make an impact.

This is more than a traditional accounting role — you’ll gain exposure to both the operational and strategic side of the business, working cross-functionally with leadership and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own fixed asset capitalization, depreciation & reporting

• Reconcile daily bank activity + general ledger accounts

• Play a key role in month-end close (JEs, account analysis)

• Support external audit requests

• Drive process improvements — including leveraging technology & AI

• Contribute to special projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Strong GAAP knowledge

• Advanced Excel skills

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Clear communicator who thrives in a team setting
