A well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Chatsworth is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support cost accounting processes related to manufacturing operations, including inventory entries, variance analysis, and bill of materials review
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and production teams to ensure accurate financial tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but equivalent work experience will suffice.
• Two+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Basic Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
