A leading global entertainment company is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to own the P&L and financial operations for its record label and music distribution businesses.

This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leadership, A&R, and distribution teams. The right candidate will bring strong financial ownership, comfort with complexity, and the ability to turn artist economics, royalties, and release schedules into clear, actionable insight.

What You’ll Do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual P&Ls

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Analyze revenues including recorded music, digital distribution, licensing, and royalties

• Build and maintain financial models tied to artist advances and release schedules

• Partner with accounting on close, accruals, controls, and audit readiness

• Serve as the primary finance partner to business leaders

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience

• Proven P&L ownership

• Experience in music, entertainment, media, or digital distribution strongly preferred

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills

• Solid understanding of accrual accounting and financial operations

• High-ownership, solutions-oriented mindset
