$100,000–$115,000 base salary + benefits
About the Role
A leading company in the agriculture industry is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive high-impact financial analysis and support portfolio-level decision-making. This is a great fit for someone who has strong accounting fundamentals and is ready to step into a more strategic finance role.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
What You’ll Do
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across multiple business units
Support portfolio reviews, forecasts, and variance analyses
Apply your accounting foundation to ensure accuracy in financial modeling and reporting
Collaborate with accounting on journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Translate data into meaningful recommendations for operations and leadership
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
Strong understanding of general ledger, journal entries, close processes, and variance analysis
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable presenting findings to leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus, but not required)
