Senior Accounting Manager – Atlanta, GA | Private Equity–Backed Multi-Brand Group
Salary: $130k to $150K base + 10% annual bonus
Location: Atlanta, GA – hybrid, 4 days in-office starting Q3 2026

A fast-growing private equity–owned home services platform, backed by one of the world’s leading investment firms, brings together 15 nationally recognized brands across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, restoration, cleaning, and lawn care. The organization is expanding its corporate footprint in Atlanta, with a newly renovated headquarters planned for 2026, and is investing heavily in technology, process improvement, and top-tier accounting talent.
The Opportunity
The Senior Accounting Manager will lead accounting operations for several of the company’s flagship brands. This individual will oversee a team of four, manage month-end close activities, drive process automation, and partner closely with finance and operations leadership on systems integration initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants to be part of building scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing, multi-entity business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the month-end close process and streamline timelines from 11 to 7 days
Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement automation and integration projects
Support ERP upgrades and systems rollouts
Provide actionable insights to enhance reporting, accuracy, and efficiency
Ideal Background
8–12 years of progressive accounting experience
CPA designation preferred
Proven leadership experience managing at least one direct report (ideally a small team)
Strong GL and month-end close experience
Background in inventory accounting or service-related industries preferred
NetSuite proficiency highly desirable
Hands-on experience with system implementations or integrations a plus
