Key Responsibilities:

• Own the month-end close process for multiple legal entities.
• Prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze P&L fluctuations.
• Support external audits and assist with tax filing requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with FP&A to prepare budget-to-actual and variance analysis reports.
• Contribute to the research and application of accounting policies.
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and internal control procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to staff accountants.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong grasp of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience working with external auditors or in public accounting is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and detail oriented.
