Senior Accountant

Remote/Hybrid  in Southern California | Oceanside area 

We’re partnering with a growing, well-established organization in the insurance space to identify a Senior Accountant ready to step into a high-visibility, high-impact role within a dynamic finance team.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening core accounting functions and supporting critical financial processes across the business.

You can expect to be involved in areas such as:

• Month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Supporting broader accounting operations and process oversight
• Working through intercompany and consolidation activities
• Partnering closely with finance leadership on key initiatives

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and exposure to executive-level decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong foundation in month-end close and reporting
• Exposure to multi-entity or complex accounting environments is a plus
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
