Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting functions for commercial and developmental real estate assets.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with property management and construction teams to align on financial objectives.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, processes, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with external auditors as needed.
• Leverage Yardi and ERP systems to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Background in real estate accounting (property management and/or construction).
• Yardi experience is required.
• ERP system experience with data integration understanding preferred.
• Big 4 accounting firm or construction industry experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Comfortable working across multiple reporting units and business lines.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently in a dynamic environment.
