A high-growth company based in the Denver area is looking to bring a Senior Accountant onto their team on a direct hire basis. The Senior Accountant will have ownership, interesting challenges, and a team that actually enjoys working together.

This role sits at the heart of the accounting function and is perfect for someone who likes rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative, upbeat environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own key pieces of the month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Support accounting across complex, multi-entity structures
• Help tackle technical accounting questions and apply U.S. GAAP in real-world situations.
• Partner with FP&A, tax, and operations teams
• Support audits by preparing clean, organized schedules and documentation.
• Asses for ways to improve processes, streamline the close, and make accounting run better.
• Assist with special projects and growth initiatives as the company evolves.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with complex companies (multi-entity, consolidations, or technical accounting exposure) is preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge with a practical, business-minded approach.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
