Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Senior Accountant to join a growing reporting team in NYC. In this role, you’ll lead the charge on SEC filings, support statutory reporting across global entities, and help keep the company compliant, accurate, and audit-ready.

What you'll tackle:

• Prep quarterly and annual SEC filings—MD&A, footnotes, and all required disclosures

• Build and manage disclosure checklists for each filing

• Support statutory financial statements across global entities

• Reconcile US GAAP with IFRS and other local standards

• Partner with the accounting team on new or complex transactions

• Be a key point of contact for external auditors

• Help maintain SOX compliance and support implementation of new accounting policies

What you bring:

• BS or Master’s in Accounting, CPA required

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience, ideally Big 4 (audit + advisory a plus)

• Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

• Comfortable navigating both the detail work and the bigger picture

• Clear communicator who thrives under deadlines

Software familiarity:

• SEC reporting tools (Workiva, etc.)

• ERP systems (like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite)

• Excel wizardry expected
