Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of revenue tracking, billing accuracy, and financial reporting across multiple entities
• Ensure revenue recognition, contract compliance, accruals, and progress billings are precise and timely
• Prepare monthly forecasts, reporting packages, and variance analyses for executive leadership
• Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and project performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial processes, enhance accuracy, and increase efficiency
• Manage general ledger functions and contribute to month-end close activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or project-based environments
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong general ledger and GAAP accounting knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
