We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong technical skills, leadership potential, and a high-performance mindset to join a growing, dynamic data center organization based in Irving, Texas. This role is ideal for someone coming from public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or a public/private mix who thrives in complex environments and wants to grow into a future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle accounting across multiple legal entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close processes.
• Manage and maintain fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support consolidated financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with audits (internal and external) and provide key schedules, support, and documentation.
• Help improve and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including FP&A, IT, and operations on key initiatives.
• Contribute to ERP system improvements (preferably SAP or Oracle).
• Demonstrate a strong desire and capability to step into future leadership or team management roles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a complex corporate environment or in public accounting (Big 4 ideal; large regional firms also considered).
• Experience working in fast-paced settings with multiple subsidiaries, consolidations, and/or public company environments.
• Proven track record of success in capital-intensive industries such as data centers, telecom, construction, or high-tech.
• Strong fixed assets experience is a must.
• Familiarity with large ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
