A growing healthcare services organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst to own and evolve revenue cycle reporting across a high-volume, multi-agency environment. This role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and presenting end-to-end RCM dashboards and monthly reporting that drive visibility, accountability, and performance improvement across the revenue lifecycle.

This is a highly visible, analytics-focused role with direct exposure to Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations leadership!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver revenue cycle dashboards and reporting packages from the ground up
• Develop and present monthly RCM reporting using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Track and analyze core RCM KPIs, including billing accuracy, AR aging, denials, collections, DSO, and payer performance
• Extract, reconcile, and analyze large data sets from billing, claims, and operational systems
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve collection rates and overall revenue performance
• Partner closely with billing teams and multiple agencies to ensure consistent reporting and actionable insights
• Support ad hoc analysis related to operational performance and revenue optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience building and presenting monthly reporting dashboards
• Proven track record of improving collection rates and supporting large-scale billing operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple agencies and collaborating with billing and operational teams
