HR Generalist – Regional Retail Chain

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll partner on everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. What you’ll do:

• Be a go-to resource for employees—answer questions, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly.

• Lead the hiring and onboarding process to set new team members up for success.

• Maintain accurate employee records and keep our HRIS humming.

• Support training, performance reviews, and development programs.

• Help drive engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Jump in on special HR projects and reports as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 2–4 years of HR experience (HR certification is a plus).

• Strong communication and people skills—you’re approachable and solution-oriented.

• Solid knowledge of HR practices and labor law basics.

• Comfortable juggling priorities, handling sensitive info, and keeping details in order.
