Now Hiring: Property Manager Leader | Multi-Portfolio | Tucson, AZ

We’re partnering with ownership to find a dynamic, experienced Property Manager to lead a large residential community in Tucson, Arizona.

This is a true leadership role — overseeing a team of 10+ professionals across leasing, maintenance, and administration — with full responsibility for financial performance, operations, and resident experience.

What You’ll Own:

Financial & Operational Leadership

• Drive NOI performance and manage operating budgets

• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management

• Analyze market trends and recommend pricing strategies

• Present monthly/quarterly financial reporting to ownership

Leasing & Resident Experience

• Maintain strong occupancy through strategic leasing & marketing

• Oversee screening, renewals, move-ins/move-outs

• Act as escalation point for resident concerns

• Build a positive community experience to drive retention

Maintenance & Asset Oversight

• Coordinate repairs & preventative maintenance programs

• Supervise contractors and service providers

• Conduct inspections to protect asset value

• Ensure cost-effective work order completion

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure compliance with housing regulations

• Manage lease enforcement, notices, and evictions

• Partner with legal counsel as needed

• Stay current on landlord-tenant laws

Owner Partnership

• Act as ownership’s trusted representative

• Advise on capital improvements & value-add initiatives

• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of property management experience

• Experience managing 100+ unit portfolios

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strong financial acumen

• Proficiency in Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar platforms

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary- $80,000-$100,000
