Hoxton Circle has partnered with a local Salinas area award winning client in the building industry, looking for a Project Administrator. This role will be contract/temporary to permanent hire with medical benefits and sick pay available through Hoxton Circle during the contracted-temporary-period. The conversion timeline will be dictated by candidate performance.

Job duties:

• Manage accounting transactions for multiple projects.
• Manage job costs including labor and materials
• Process all invoices and facilitate collections on receivables
• Support all month end activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years in accounting
• Sage Intacct or Procore experience
• Experience in the Construction, Engineering or Agriculture industry preferred
