We are partnered with a high-growth residential and commercial cleaning services organization seeking a highly motivated Operations and Project Specialist to lead day-to-day field and office operations. This role is critical to ensuring service quality, team performance, scheduling efficiency, and strong client relationships.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for residential and commercial cleaning teams
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and route/fleet coordination
- Lead training, coaching, and performance management for field teams
- Conduct regular field visits and quality inspections
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and resolve service issues
- Ensure accurate timekeeping, documentation, and reporting
- Manage supplies, equipment, and company vehicles
- Support leadership with operational planning and execution
- Step in to assist teams when operational needs require
First 90 Days Expectations
- Complete required certifications and safety training
- Establish strong relationships with all assigned crews
- Implement consistent quality and service standards
- Improve timekeeping compliance and scheduling accuracy
- Build a structured coaching and performance plan for teams
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluency Required)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
- Able to engage with clients and manage field staff with confidence
- Strong business judgment and operational mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Eligible to work in the United States (permanent resident or US citizen)
