A rapidly growing, multi-location corporation with operations throughout California and other states is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its corporate leadership team and oversee their California operations.

Our client is in an exciting phase of expansion and is looking for a strategic, hands-on HR leader who can help scale infrastructure, strengthen culture across multiple locations, and partner closely with executive leadership to support continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop scalable HR strategies
• Support workforce planning for multi-site operations
• Lead organizational development initiatives during expansion
• Oversee recruiting strategy and talent acquisition efforts
• Standardize onboarding and performance management processes
• Implement leadership development and succession planning programs
• Provide guidance and support to regional/site leadership
• Ensure compliance with California and multi-state employment regulations
• Maintain and standardize HR policies and procedures
• Support compensation strategy and benefits administration
• Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and systems
• Partner on risk management and regulatory matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Human Resources designation strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a multi-site environment
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer packaging, distribution, or agriculture industries highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance
• Demonstrated experience supporting rapid organizational growth
