About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our clients growing team. This role offers the opportunity to wear many hats in a nimble, people-focused organization. You’ll work closely with the Director of HR and an internal recruiter while supporting key initiatives around onboarding, employee engagement, and company events.

What You’ll Do
Support HR operations including onboarding, engagement, and employee relations
Partner with the HR Director and recruiter on staffing and talent acquisition needs
Assist with employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and company events
Coordinate HR processes related to new locations and grand openings
Travel occasionally for events, openings, and team meetings (seasonal)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR Generalist or related HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—easy to connect with employees at all levels
Previous staffing or recruiting experience is a plus
Comfortable in a nimble, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree is not required
Additional Details
Travel required during certain times of the year (events and openings)
Based remotely, with preference for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast regions
