HR Generalist
Remote (Midwest or Southeast residence preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our clients growing team. This role offers the opportunity to wear many hats in a nimble, people-focused organization. You’ll work closely with the Director of HR and an internal recruiter while supporting key initiatives around onboarding, employee engagement, and company events.

What You’ll Do

• Support HR operations including onboarding, engagement, and employee relations

• Partner with the HR Director and recruiter on staffing and talent acquisition needs

• Assist with employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and company events

• Coordinate HR processes related to new locations and grand openings

• Travel occasionally for events, openings, and team meetings (seasonal)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in HR Generalist or related HR role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—easy to connect with employees at all levels

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience is a plus

• Comfortable in a nimble, fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree is not required

Additional Details

• Travel required during certain times of the year (events and openings)

• Based remotely, with preference for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast regions
