The Opportunity

This is a newly created role sitting within the Finance team and reporting directly to the Director of Finance. The Fund Operations Analyst will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of managed private equity funds across cash treasury management, trade settlement, entity setup, and investor relations support. The right person thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment, takes ownership without being asked, and communicates proactively when issues arise.

What You'll Do

Trade Settlement and Reconciliations (30%): Coordinate trade settlement and reconciliations with counterparties, including performing callbacks, assisting with KYC requests, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve breaks and ensure accuracy.

Cash Treasury Management and Vendor Payments (25%): Ensure daily cash balances are reported correctly across funds, manage money market funds, maintain appropriate cash levels for trading activity and expense processing, and coordinate recurring vendor payments.

Entity and Bank Account Setup (30%): Coordinate the operational setup of new entities for trades and bank accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all required documentation and internal systems.

Investor Relations Support (10%): Assist in managing and responding to investor requests in a timely and professional manner.

New Fund Launches (5%): Support the operational setup and onboarding process for new fund launches as the firm continues to expand its fund platform.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of operations experience in private equity, hedge funds, or banking
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Working knowledge of the trade life cycle: settlements, reconciliations, counterparty coordination
  • Comfortable working directly with a third-party fund administrator
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
