This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO. You'll immediately be responsible for FP&A Operations remit end to end, planning, purchasing, production, inventory, and transport, bringing more rigor and forward-looking visibility to cost tracking. You'll get to work closely with cross-functional teams and grow within the business.

- Analyze gross margin drivers and partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Improve visibility on inventory and working capital, and support efforts to reduce excess and obsolete stock
- Monitor logistics and distribution costs and help build out the KPIs that matter most to the business
- Build financial business cases for key Operations investments and strategic projects
- Strengthen financial processes and controls across costing, inventory, and supply-chain reporting
- Manage a junior analyst as the team grows, with real room to progress beyond this role
What we're looking for:

- Hands-on experience with gross margin, inventory, and supply-chain economics
- Prior experience in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods is a strong plus
- A first managerial experience, or genuine readiness to take one on
- A curious, business-minded operator comfortable challenging assumptions
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Polished communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership
Compensation & logistics:
- Base salary: up to $140,000, plus a 10% target annual bonus
- Benefits: unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, health insurance
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
