Financial Analyst | $80K–$100K

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Financial Analyst ready to turn data into strategy. You’ll work directly with the CFO and cross-functional teams to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis that fuel smart decision-making and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the annual forecasting and monthly variance analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports

• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities

• Support key departments like sales, procurement, and ops with financial insights

• Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to leadership

• Conduct market research to benchmark performance

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in FP&A or financial analysis

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
