Dallas, TX (Onsite, 5 Days/Week)

This is a high-visibility role at a fast-scaling investment firm that doesn’t just fund companies—it builds them. With major finance and tech transformation projects ahead, we’re looking for a hands-on Finance Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that modernize how we manage inventory, assets, and financial operations across the board.

What you’ll do:

  • Overhaul and streamline inventory + asset management processes

  • Lead ERP-driven finance transformations with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT

  • Optimize how data flows from physical assets to financial systems

  • Improve scalability, audit-readiness, and automation in financial ops

  • Act as the strategic go-between for finance and systems teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years in finance or accounting (bonus points for CPA or Master’s)

  • 2+ years managing finance or ERP transformation projects

  • Deep knowledge of inventory and asset workflows + accounting impact

  • Strong communicator, natural cross-functional collaborator

  • Experience with tools like Blackline, Coupa, Workday, or Concur = nice to have

Pay & Perks:

  • $160K+ base salary + bonus

  • 25 PTO days + 12 holidays
