Financial Associate

We are seeking a Financial Associate to join a team in Woodland Hills. This is an opportunity for a FA professional looking to gain experience in both financial analysis and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis

• Support month-end close activities

• Perform account reconciliations

• Assist with journal entries and invoice review

• Help with audits and ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, lookup functions)

• Understanding of accounting principles

• Detail-oriented and organized
