We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial healthcare company backed by private investment and based on Long Island. We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and serve as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys anticipating needs, solving problems, and enabling executive effectiveness.
This position offers a unique opportunity to evolve into a Chief of Staff–type role as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, meetings, and daily logistics with precision, discretion, and foresight
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics; light travel may be required (approximately twice per year)
Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, taking detailed notes, tracking action items, and following up to ensure execution
Handle professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, documents, and internal communications
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
Anticipate priorities, think proactively, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing business environment
Support special projects and strategic initiatives, with increasing responsibility over time
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Professional, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to think on one’s feet, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure
Comfort working in a dynamic environment with fluctuating workloads
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
