Our client, a growing residential and commercial cleaning services organization, is seeking a motivated Project Estimator to join their expanding team. This is a strong opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow into management and leadership within 1–2 years.

 

About the Role

The Estimator is responsible for conducting site visits, defining scopes of work, reviewing plans, and preparing accurate bids for commercial and janitorial projects. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and works closely with internal leadership to ensure projects are properly scoped, priced, and executed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess project scope and client needs
  • Take detailed notes, photos, and measurements during site visits
  • Review blueprints and construction plans
  • Prepare accurate labor, material, and cost estimates
  • Scope post-construction, janitorial, and specialty cleaning services
  • Communicate professionally with contractors, facility managers, and clients
  • Generate, submit, and follow up on bids
  • Maintain organized CRM and project tracking systems
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams
  • Participate in training, ride-along's, and ongoing development

Qualifications

  • New graduates to 5 years of estimating or project coordination experience
  • Background in labor-intensive industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, janitorial, GC)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual Spanish is a nice to have, but not required
  • Comfortable with office and field work
  • Reliable transportation; able to pass background and drug screening
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (permanent resident or US citizen)
