We're hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join a high-performing accounting team supporting corporate and business units. This full-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals ready to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of accounting functions while working with established systems like Oracle and PeopleSoft.

What You’ll Do:

• Process day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and inter-division invoicing
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice preparation, voucher posting, and check distribution
• Monitor and maintain the AP inbox and address time-sensitive requests
• Assist in audit support, reporting, and maintaining financial documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting inquiries and improve workflow processes
• Handle bank deposits, escheatment filings, and data management tasks across systems

What You’ll Need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1 - 5 years of experience (including internships)
• A basic understanding of general ledger, AP, and payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Exposure to general accounting or accounts payable through coursework or internships
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and solve problems
