Location: Monterey, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
travel field sites (mileage & hotel covered)
Compensation: $135k-$150k

The company is growing responsibly and approaching 100 employees. Leadership is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR leader to elevate HR operations, support a bilingual field workforce, and lead a major HCM system transition.

The Role

Senior-level, highly visible HR leadership position

• Strategic partner to leadership, corporate staff, and field crews

• Regular field engagement across North Bay, Atherton & SF regions

Core Skills Needed

• 7+ years progressive HR leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree required

• SHRM certification 

• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

• Experience in construction, agriculture, manufacturing, or CPG highly desirable

• Payroll & timekeeping oversight

• Employee relations & investigations

• Safety/IIPP implementation

• Benefits & open enrollment management

• HRIS/HCM implementation & data migration experience
