An oil and gas client of Hoxton Circle needs to add a Customer Service Analyst position that focuses on customer needs with internal execution. The job will eventually morph into a more Sales Analyst position with a greater set of duties. The role is onsite to start but will morph into a 3 days per week onsite hybrid remote opportunity.
Duties:
- Communicate clearly, timely, and insightfully with customers and internal teams.
- Manage accurate and timely order entry, maintain precise customer and order information, and close the orders by coordinating actions across teams.
- Ensure compliance while continuously improving processes and customer experience.
- Growth product knowledge to anticipate customer needs.
- Build trusted, long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Identify operational or cost risks early and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Lead issue resolution by understanding root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
- Effectively use company-provided systems to manage information accurately and generate insights that support coordinated actions.
- Manage orders accurately and ensure smooth execution from customer inquiry to final delivery through accurate order and account management.
- Monitor order progress, logistics status, and customer-specific risks to anticipate potential issues.
- Identify delays early and coordinate cross-functional corrective or preventive actions while providing clear, timely updates to customers
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or logistics is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) is beneficial but not required
