Customer Service Representative (CSR) Analyst

$65,000 – $75,000 + Benefits

Are you detail-driven with a passion for customer experience and operations? We’re looking for a CSR Analyst to bridge the gap between customers, sales, and internal teams — ensuring seamless order execution and exceptional service delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing processes, solving problems, and building strong client relationships while gaining exposure to a growing internal sales function.

What You’ll Do

Order Management & Execution

  • Own the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery
  • Ensure accuracy in orders, pricing, and customer data
  • Monitor order status, logistics, and timelines to prevent delays

Customer & Sales Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and order data
  • Partner with Sales to support opportunities and next steps

Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies in order flow or operations
  • Use data and systems to generate insights and improve performance
  • Ensure compliance while enhancing overall customer experience

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate root causes of order or service issues
  • Lead cross-functional resolution efforts
  • Communicate solutions clearly and proactively to stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (JD Edwards, FMIS, BI tools a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
