Credit Manager | Los Angeles, CA |  $105K – $115K + Bonus

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, private specialty finance firm in Los Angeles that’s doing exactly that. As they continue to scale, they’re looking to bring on a Credit Manager who wants to go beyond underwriting and step into a true business partner + leader role.

This isn’t a back-office credit seat. You’ll be in the middle of the action — working alongside originations, structuring deals, and helping drive smart, strategic growth.

What You’ll Step Into

You’ll take ownership of the credit function — leading underwriting decisions while helping shape the bigger picture.

• Drive credit strategy and approval processes
• Evaluate complex deals (equipment, asset-backed, real estate-secured)
• Partner directly with sales/originations to get deals done
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk
• Mentor and develop up-and-coming analysts
• Help refine and elevate credit policies as the company grows

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years in commercial credit, underwriting, or lending
• Experience in equipment finance, ABL, or CRE
• Strong financial analysis + risk instincts
• Ability to balance smart risk-taking with deal execution
• Leadership or mentorship experience (or ready to step into it)
