Overview

An established and growing financial services platform is expanding its team and seeking an Analyst to support transaction evaluation, portfolio insights, and deal execution across a variety of business sectors.

This role offers a blend of analytical work, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to a broad range of business models and asset types.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and assess new opportunities, focusing on financial performance, business stability, and overall risk
• Support structuring and pricing decisions aligned with internal guidelines
• Partner with internal teams to move opportunities from review through completion
• Track and manage deal activity within internal systems
• Assist in gathering and validating information required for transaction completion
• Contribute to ongoing portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
• Participate in internal projects, reporting, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a finance, analysis, or similar environment
• Strong critical thinking and comfort working with financial data
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and general business systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
