Cost Estimator
Salary: $55,000–$65,000
Schedule: Hybrid (Field + Office)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team! This role is responsible for conducting site visits, defining scopes of work, reading construction plans, and preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial post-construction and janitorial projects. The Estimator plays a key role in client communication and works closely with leadership and division managers to ensure projects are properly scoped and priced.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct job site walkthroughs and document scope details (notes & photos)
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Prepare detailed labor, material, and subcontractor cost estimates
Scope commercial post-construction and janitorial cleaning projects
Communicate professionally with General Contractors and Facility Directors
Maintain CRM notes and track bid follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams on awarded contracts and upcoming work
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and in the field
Comfortable reviewing plans and translating them into accurate pricing
Self-starter with strong follow-through
Basic computer proficiency (Office 365; ability to learn estimating tools)
High school diploma required; additional education preferred
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Authorized to work in the U.S.
