Cost Estimator
Salary: $55,000–$65,000
Schedule: Hybrid (Field + Office) 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team! This role is responsible for conducting site visits, defining scopes of work, reading construction plans, and preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial post-construction and janitorial projects. The Estimator plays a key role in client communication and works closely with leadership and division managers to ensure projects are properly scoped and priced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct job site walkthroughs and document scope details (notes & photos)

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

• Prepare detailed labor, material, and subcontractor cost estimates

• Scope commercial post-construction and janitorial cleaning projects

• Communicate professionally with General Contractors and Facility Directors

• Maintain CRM notes and track bid follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams on awarded contracts and upcoming work

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and in the field

• Comfortable reviewing plans and translating them into accurate pricing

• Self-starter with strong follow-through

• Basic computer proficiency (Office 365; ability to learn estimating tools)

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
