About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from planning to completion. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact while working with a growing and dynamic organization.
You’ll be managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all construction operations are executed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee construction projects across multiple locations.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
Lead contractor and vendor management, including negotiating agreements.
Collaborate with leadership, field teams, and stakeholders to align goals.
Monitor job progress and proactively address issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Provide detailed reporting on project milestones, financials, and progress.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management experience (multi-site preferred).
Strong background in budget management, scheduling, and vendor/contractor oversight.
Proven ability to travel frequently (up to 75%).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
Competitive salary $115,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience.
