About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from planning to completion. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact while working with a growing and dynamic organization.

You’ll be managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all construction operations are executed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects across multiple locations.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.

• Lead contractor and vendor management, including negotiating agreements.

• Collaborate with leadership, field teams, and stakeholders to align goals.

• Monitor job progress and proactively address issues or risks.

• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide detailed reporting on project milestones, financials, and progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience (multi-site preferred).

• Strong background in budget management, scheduling, and vendor/contractor oversight.

• Proven ability to travel frequently (up to 75%).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
