Chief Financial Officer

A high-growth, project-based industrial company in Northern Virginia is seeking a dynamic CFO to join its executive team during a pivotal leadership transition. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true strategic seat and help scale a thriving business into its next chapter.

Location: Northern VA (on-site; some flexibility)
Compensation: $200K–$250K base + bonus upside

The Role

This CFO will be a key driver of growth—partnering directly with leadership to shape strategy, lead financial operations, and build scalable infrastructure. You’ll oversee accounting and FP&A, lead a strong team, and play a central role in M&A and expansion initiatives.

What You Bring

• CPA required

• 10+ years across accounting + FP&A with strong strategic lens

• Deep experience with WIP & percentage-of-completion accounting

• Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar

• Proven success in high-growth or fast-paced environments

• M&A and integration experience is a strong plus

• Confident, resilient leader with executive presence
