Our London-based client is looking to hire an Accountant here in their NYC location

The role reports into a London-based manager

Contract Length: 5-6 Weeks (Extendable)

What you will do:

• Manage the continuity of US transactional finance operations: ensuring there’s no        interruption between financial processes

• Process and execute payments (Creator, Supplier, Expenses)

• Submit and track OPEX (operating costs) invoivces and Creator payment runs

• Take full control of the US finance inbox - triage and respond to all relevant communications

• Reconcile bank accounts

• Accurately code and track invoices

• Maintain accuracy and clear reporting of completed vs pending payments

• This role is operational support

Experience using Xero accounting software is a "+"   

Other options would be QuickBooks or Zoho Books

The role is expected to be hybrid
