Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

Location: Dublin area (Onsite – Monday–Friday, no exceptions)
Compensation: $30-$33 Ph 
Duration: 2+ months to start (possible 4–6 months )

You’ll be joining a tight-knit AP team of 4–6 professionals, stepping in as a key contributor during a period of transition following a recent retirement.

This is not a routine AP role—this is a high-volume, exception-heavy environment where you’ll partner cross-functionally and play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP invoices (PO and non-PO)

• Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies (pricing, quantity, freight, tax)

• Manage exception workflows, invoice holds, and approvals

• Partner cross-functionally with ops, procurement, and warehouse teams

• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships

• Ensure accurate coding and compliance with internal controls

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable environments

• Strong problem-solving and exception-handling skills

• Background in manufacturing or inventory-driven environments is a plus

• Experience with SAP preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
