A rapidly growing national corporation that is private equity owned is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Consultant to join their team immediately on a REMOTE basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Implement, optimize, and manage processes within NetSuite to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, operations, and tax, to support business initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience working in a private equity-owned company environment.
• Strong NetSuite experience is mandatory.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Minimum four years of accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
