I am a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition leader with deep experience across corporate recruiting, academic leadership, and HR business partnering. Recently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition and Business Partner at MarketCast, I lead global hiring initiatives and partnered closely with executive leadership to drive recruiting excellence, build scalable processes, and deliver high-impact talent solutions across the U.S., U.K., and India. With a proven track record of making over 300 hires in high-demand functions like Finance, Research and Sales, I bring a proactive, data-informed, and relationship-focused approach to talent strategy.
🎯 Background
My background spans 20+ years across diverse industries including media, analytics, manufacturing, finance, and higher education. Prior to corporate recruiting, I served as a Department Chair, Professor, and Head Coach at the collegiate level, where I led curriculum design, team development, and recruitment strategy—laying the foundation for my people-first philosophy in talent acquisition.
💡 Fun Fact
My twin sister and I played college ball together back in the day and both of us went on to coach at the collegiate level for almost 20 years at all NCAA Division levels. We now both coach our young children on the baseball field . . . we cannot seem to get enough ball!!!

I am well-versed in full-cycle recruiting and HR technologies including Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, Salesforce, JobScore, ADP, UKG, and Boolean sourcing tools. I also bring strong vendor management experience and am skilled in leveraging workforce analytics, sourcing strategy, and market intelligence to stay competitive in today’s evolving talent landscape.

If I am not playing ball myself, I am coaching or watching anything sports related! I am the biggest sports fan you will ever met!
